· Public data, ordered

A neighbourhood is not one number. It is its census sections.

Sixty reports on Málaga city, one per microzone. Each shows what a neighbourhood average hides: under the same name, the highest-income section can be almost three times the lowest. Pick yours.

There is no price here

Albaysol does not value property, and neither do these reports. Public data by census section cannot tell you how many homes sell or at what price: those figures do not exist at this level of detail. What it can show is how much variation there is inside one neighbourhood — exactly what an automatic valuation skips.

Grouped by district and, within each, by how much they contradict themselves: first the ones where the highest-income section is furthest from the lowest.

The ones that are missing, and why

Eleven neighbourhoods in the city are a single census section. With one section there is nothing to compare, and comparing is what the report is for: they stay out rather than ship with an empty central page.
